SIMON DESBOROUGH

Simon is an Actor and Writer with extensive experience in stage and screen performance and writing. He was recently working with John Cleese on the UK National Tour of Johns first stage play Bang, Bang!

His theatre credits include A Dolls House on the West End and in New York, Medea at The National Theatre and Oleanna in a Scottish Tour for Firebrand Theatre.

His television credits include roles in Silent Witness, The Royals, The Stuarts and Doctors.

His film credits include The Chameleon (Winner Best Film 2016 British Independent Film festival), Baby Blues, The Big Finish and Defining Fay (Winner Best SCI-FI, Limelight Film Awards 2013).

He has seen his solo writing performed at The Southwark Playhouse as part of The Directors Cut – Nothing To Declare theatre showcase, and as a founder member of Grunt Productions devised and produced the 4 star The Day They Banned Christmas at The Courtyard Theatre, Kings Cross.
