KATY BAKER

Katy trained at Central School of Speech and Drama

She has been in various fringe productions, including Flora the Red Menace where she won an Offie for ‘People’s Best Actress’ in 2013. Since then she went on to win ‘The Musical Comedy Awards’ award for her group Four Femmes on the Thames where she wrote and performed with 6 other people. Katy is now in a group called Flat & the Curves, a musical comedy band where, again, she is the main writer for. After great success at their Edinburgh run, receiving many 5 star reviews, they are going on to tour their show around the UK.

Katy has also directed and performs in the improv-heavy shows: Alice Through The Cocktail Glass, Oliver With A Twist and A Pissedmas Carol for the company Sh!tfaced Showtime.

Katy’s TV credits include Sky 1’s Agatha Raisin and HBO’s The Nevers. She is a regular cabaret compere, singer and occasionally does some stand-up.

She is currently working on another musical project for The Thinking Drinkers as a writer and MD.
