JONAH FAZEL

Jonah is an experienced comedian, theatre-maker and Television presenter who trained at Royal Central school of Speech and Drama and the Webber Douglas Academy

He is a series regular on BAFTA winning online comedy series History Bombs.

Having previously trained in comedy with Logan Murray, Keith Johnstone, and Philippe Gaulier, Jonah is one of the UK’s best-known improv comedians. He is a regular on the circuit and has been seen across London and the UK, most regularly as the compere of Thursday Night Lights, a weekly improv comedy variety night at The Nursery Theatre.

With a background in education, Jonah currently teaches Improvisation at The Actors Centre, Hoopla Impro and The Nursery Theatre, and in addition lecturers on improv and devised theatre at University of Creative Arts.

Jonah is a veteran of the London Fringe and Edinburgh Festivals having produced and performed in over a dozen hit shows. Jonah is a co-founder of the hit genre show Bumper Blyton: The Improvised Adventure and co producer of How To Date A Magical Creature.

He spends a lot of time thinking about accordions and The Muppets and when he grows up, one day he’d like to be the punch and Judy man on Margate beach.
