Hamish is an actor, writer, and theatre-maker.

He is Co-Artistic Director of multi award-winning theatre company Spies Like Us with whom he has toured nationally and internationally. Recently, he wrote and performed in their 5* (The Upcoming) comedy-thriller, Speed Dial, which goes to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2022 and hopes to tour in Spring 2023.

He has also written and performed comedy on stage and on the radio, notably for The Upload Comedy Hour (BBC Radio Tees), Newsjack (BBC Radio 4 Extra), The Skewer (BBC Radio 4), and DMs Are Open (BBC Radio 4 Pilot). Moreover, he trains regularly in improvised comedy at The Free Association & HOOPLA. He is currently developing his own comedy projects for stage and screen.

Additionally, Hamish played Young Siegfried in Siegfried (2007) at the Royal Opera House and featured in Never Forget (2009) at the Savoy Theatre. Lately, he has played lead roles in short films Brothers Keepers and Lover of the Month, as well as featuring in a THINK! commercial campaign.
