Georgie Wyatt is a comedian, writer, voiceover artist and award-nominated actress.

Georgie has performed three solo shows, A Poke In The Eye, The Morrell High Ground and Eyecon, at the Edinburgh Fringe. A Poke In The Eye transferred to Soho Theatre. Georgie has performed at various festivals around the country including the Great Yorkshire Fringe, Bedfringe, Guildford Fringe, Brighton Fringe and Leicester Comedy Festival. Eyecon was commissioned by The New Theatre Wolsey (Ipswich) and was selected for the 2018 Litmus Fest at the Pleasance Theatre in London as well as being supported by the RNIB. Georgie was also in the ensemble cast of Resurrecting Bobby Awl, written by Brian Catling and directed by Josh Roche, at the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe. Georgie played Libby in Libby’s Eyes at The Bunker Theatre (London) as part of the 2018 BREAKING OUT Festival.

Georgie’s TV and radio credits include Good Week/Bad Week (BBC Radio 5 Live), Victoria Derbyshire (BBC Two), 5 live Drive (BBC Radio 5 Live), 5 live with Emma Barnett (BBC Radio 5 Live), BBC Ouch Storytelling Live: Relationships (BBC iPlayer), 5 News (Channel 5) and the BBC Radio 4 drama Jayne Lake (Best Debut Performance nominee: BBC Audio Awards).

Georgie has contributed to The Huffington Post as well as writing for the RNIB’s Insight magazine. She has also featured in Time Out magazine and the Metro and is a regular on panel discussions as a disability rights advocate. Georgie is an ambassador for the Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC).

Georgie’s writing work has been shortlisted for the BBC Writersroom and long-listed for the Funny Women Writing Award. She has been commissioned by the BFI to co-write a feature film script.

Georgie is an experienced voiceover artist. Her credits include the RNIB’s Save Our Sight campaign and the audio description for the Victoria & Albert Museum’s History Of Disability Exhibition.
