BRYONY TWYDLE

Bryony is an actor and character comedian.

Bryony has recently finished filming for ‘Call My Agent’ on Netflix. She has also recently appeared in various sketches on series 1 and 2 of ITV’s ‘The Emily Atack Show’.

Bryony started comedy as a member of sketch group The Jest, they toured their sketch shows for 6 years performing at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and around the UK. The Jest featured on BBC Radio 4’s Sketchorama and Sketchorama Extra as well as winning the Leicester Square Theatre ‘Sketch Off’ Competition in 2016.

Bryony ran a comedy night at Camden Comedy Club from 2016-2018 before debuting her own character comedy solo show ‘Flamingo’ in Underbelly at the Fringe in 2018. She went on to tour her show nationwide, including acting as support to Sukh Ojla at the Birmingham Rep.

Bryony continues to write characters and is currently in the process of writing a sitcom.

Bryony has also appeared in numerous commercials, recently being seen in the HelloMerman ad they shot for Landsec and as the face of the major campaign for SumUp.

Bryony trained at the Guildford School of Acting.
