Her first documentary short film First Nations: Finding the Chickasaw is currently showing at festivals in America to great acclaim.
Sarah has retained special skills from her time in the military and is an expert horse rider.
She has a great love of the countryside and when she is not acting, Sarah works with her father – the renowned ecologist – Charles Flower, to restore wildflower meadows across the UK and Channel Islands.
