Ray Bradshaw wins twice at Scottish Comedy Awards 2018

Ray Bradshaw touring UK with Deaf Comedy Fam

Ray Bradshaw takes home two awards from last nights Scottish Comedy Awards, beating heavy weights like Frankie Boyle and Limmy who won one award each.

Ray Bradshaw took home the award for Best Solo Festival or Tour Show with his show Deaf Comedy Fam, about growing up in a family with two deaf parents.

As if writing and learning a show was enough of an undertaking Ray simultaneously performs the show in spoken English, and signed British Sign Language (BSL).

Winning rave reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017, he will be performing a limited run of the show at the Gilded Balloon during this years festival before taking the show on a tour through the UK.

He was also awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award for the same show.

While the best compere award went to Liam Withnail, Ray was also nominated in that category.
